Completion of Jersey Opera House Refurbishment

The Jersey Opera House, a Grade 2 Listed building originally designed in the late 1890s, has undergone significant refurbishment. As Lead Architects, appointed by the Government of Jersey we were responsible for preparing the feasibility, planning applications, Building Bye-Laws submissions, and all tender documentation and employer’s requirements. Our work included enhancing fire safety, accessibility, and decarbonisation, along with restoring the historic façade and auditorium design which required extensive consultations with Planning and the Historical Environment Team. 

The project was completed in December 2024, and we can't wait for the performances to resume!
